Mental Performance Support for the Whole Athlete

You don’t need another motivational slogan. You need support for the hard, unglamorous, in-between moments. The ones where sport feels heavy, self-doubt creeps in, or you wonder if you’ve lost your way.

At Integrated Stride Mental Performance, I help athletes, teams, and organizations build the mental skills that support performance and the human behind it. This isn’t about forcing confidence or fixing what’s not broken. It’s about getting curious about the stories you tell yourself, noticing what’s getting in the way, and developing the skills to navigate setbacks, pressure, and performance with more flexibility, awareness, and alignment.

Whether you’re an endurance athlete chasing a big goal, a team looking to build a stronger culture, or someone ready to rewrite the story of your potential—this is a space to explore what’s possible.

What I Offer

1:1 Mental Performance Coaching for athletes who want to explore the mental side of sport with honesty, curiosity, and practical tools.

Team & Group Workshops designed to build resilience, communication, and mental skills that stick.

Integrated Coaching Programs blending endurance coaching and mental performance support for a whole-person approach.

How I Work

I coach the whole human, not just the athlete. My approach is grounded in Self-Determination Theory, Narrative Identity Theory, and ACT and CBT-informed techniques—helping you build self-awareness, self-trust, and the mental skills that make sport (and life) feel more like yours again.

Most athletes I work with start with weekly 1:1 sessions for three months. This structure gives us enough space to dig into the work—not just talk about mental skills, but practice them, reflect on them, and adjust as life and sport evolve.

We can meet in person in Tucson, Arizona, or via Zoom from anywhere. You don’t have to be local to work together. The space is the same either way: grounded, supportive, and centered on what matters most to you.

At the end of each month, you’ll also have the option to join a group presentation via Zoom, where we explore key mental performance topics and connect with other athletes doing this work.

That said, every athlete’s needs are different. During your consult, we’ll talk about what makes the most sense for you—whether that’s the full three months, a shorter-term focus, or continuing beyond that timeline.

What to Expect When You Work With Me

This is not a one-off session or a quick-fix.

We work together over time—most athletes start with weekly sessions for three months, giving us the consistency and space to explore what’s showing up for you in sport and life, build skills, and reflect on how those skills show up outside of sessions.

You can meet with me in person in Tucson, Arizona, or virtually via Zoom. Many athletes I work with are based outside Arizona—Zoom makes this work accessible wherever you are.

You’ll also have the option to join a monthly group Zoom presentation, where we dive into topics like confidence, handling setbacks, focus, and resilience—and connect with other athletes doing this work in their own way.

And if you’re not sure the three-month structure is right for you, we can talk about it. Every athlete’s needs and timelines are different. This is a space where we figure out together what’s going to support you best.

This is not therapy.

It’s a partnership focused on mental performance, resilience, and supporting you as a whole human.

Curious What’s Possible from Here?

Not every athlete needs the same timeline. If you’re unsure whether the three-month structure fits, we can talk about what feels right for you during a consult—no commitment, just space to figure it out together.
