Athletes spend hundreds—sometimes thousands—on coaching, strength programs, bodywork, PT, gym memberships, race entries, gear, and travel. We invest in what’s visible. What’s measurable. What we can point to on a training log or a finish line photo.
But the truth is: none of that works the way it’s supposed to if your mind isn’t in it.
Mental performance isn’t a luxury. It’s not the “extra” thing you turn to once everything else is dialed. It is the thing that helps you stay dialed when the pressure’s high, when the outcome doesn’t match the effort, or when the voice in your head won’t quit telling you to back off, give up, or shrink.
Here, I work with the whole athlete—because showing up with a strong body and a scattered mind won’t get you where you want to go. This is the space where we train the mental side of performance with just as much intention, structure, and care as we do the physical. It’s where we build resilience that lasts beyond a single training block and develop confidence that isn’t tied to a result.

1:1 Mental Performance Coaching
Train your mind like you train your body.
This isn’t therapy. It’s coaching for the mental side of performance—where identity, confidence, focus, and resilience come into play. Whether you're navigating a setback, chasing a PR, or trying to stay grounded through the chaos of competition, these sessions are built to help you show up with more intention, clarity, and consistency.
Each athlete I work with is different. So each coaching relationship is, too. You might be building a performance routine, learning to manage race-day nerves, dialing in your self-talk, or working through the identity shake-up of an injury or transition. We'll focus on what matters most to you—and back it with strategies rooted in sport and performance psychology.

Each workshop is tailored to your team’s needs, age group, and goals, and includes a mix of education, guided exercises, and team discussion.

Ideal for teams in-season, returning from injury, or preparing for high-stakes competition.
Each session builds on the last and is customized to your sport, age group, and season.

Full-Season Team Consulting Package
Because mindset isn’t one and done.
This package is designed for teams who want more than a quick fix—they want a season-long commitment to the mental side of sport.
Over 8–12 weeks, I’ll work closely with your athletes and coaching staff to build and reinforce core mental skills, including confidence, focus, team culture, goal setting, and resilience. We’ll adapt based on the rhythm of your season—whether it’s pre-season prep, mid-season grind, or end-of-season pressure.
This is the most immersive team offering I provide, and it’s designed to evolve with your team’s needs.
What’s Included:
Weekly or bi-weekly live sessions (virtual or in person)
4–6 total sessions across 8–12 weeks
Optional 1:1 athlete check-ins
Direct support for coaches and captains
Custom planning, guided worksheets, and follow-up materials
Communication between sessions to adjust content based on real-time team dynamics

This 12-week plan is customized to your race calendar, training phases, and goals—so your mental skills grow alongside your physical fitness. You’ll get weekly focus areas (like confidence, self-talk, or handling discomfort) with tools you can apply in daily runs and long sessions.

Kickoff call to map your plan to upcoming races and training blocks
12 weeks of customized mental skill themes and strategies, fully integrated into your training calendar
One mid-point check-in via email or a 20-minute call
Access to email support for quick questions

Integrated Coaching Programs
For endurance athletes who want both expert training plans and mental performance coaching—all in one place.
This program combines custom run coaching with Coach Maddie Hart and monthly mental performance sessions with me (Kristen). It’s built for athletes who want to train the body and the mind, with support tailored to your season, goals, and the real-life challenges that show up along the way.
Each month includes:
– Personalized run coaching with Coach Maddie ($200 value)
– One 1:1 mental performance session with Kristen ($100 value)
– Ongoing access to tools and strategies to apply between sessions
Investment: $350/month
